Private consultations are an opportunity to slow down and spend some time thinking about your life from a holistic perspective.  There are many “ingredients” to harmonious life-physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual.  All of these areas contribute to health and vitality. I consult with people confronting a newly diagnosed medical condition, considering alternatives to chronic conditions, wondering how to better support their present health, and those with a desire to understand life within the broad perspective of astrology.

I use the following methods to understand and support health:

  • Acupuncture
  • Herbology
  • Aromatherapy
  • Maya Abdominal Massage
  • Therapeutic Massage
  • Biochemic Tissue Salts
  • Flower Essences
  • Astrology

Health Consultations
There are many ways to approach health and illness.  I help you understand your health or medical condition from a holistic perspective, and explain the variety of alternative treatment methods available to you. After the consultation, I will write up notes regarding our conversation.  Depending on the situation, I  make recommendations for lifestyle changes, referrals to other appropriate health care providers, products and remedies.

Astrological Consultations
Astrology is an ancient science and art. At its basis is a desire to understand some the biggest questions we may have as humans, such as: Why am I here? What is the greater purpose of my life? How can find inner peace and acceptance?  I offer consultations to others as a way to support their own self-understanding and spiritual growth.
